Wow! So many more people conned! WTH??

I don't know why he is able to get away with things. He is REALLY REALLY good at being a lying con artist. I did everything that I could to contact the police and FBI and they said that because none of the amounts were over $250K, they wouldn't open a case against him. However, if you add up all of the people he has scammed by now, it must be over $250K. I fell for all of his lies just like everyone else and now I have this blog and not much else to show for it. I created this to help other people from being taken but it seems like anyone who looks into it has already been scammed. If you have ideas on what to do next, let me know. I think we should all be able to put our minds together and figure something out. I'm glad to hear that he's going to jail for drugs. I always just kept in the back of my mind that he would eventually go down for something. Karma is a bitch. I just wish it was the Hell's Angels!!!

No Cease Fire In Sight

After speaking with Ray and his sister who manages his blog, there is no way to remove the posting about me as the email address with which it was created was deleted. I am assuming that it's the Universe's way of making sure this blog lasts forever. Please continue to reach out if you hear of any other illegal activities on Ray's part.

Perhaps an End to the Blog

Although I would like to continue to keep everyone informed about Rays escapades, I have decided to delete my blog and have reached out to Ray to agree to a "cease-fire" since he has created a blog of personal attacks about me. He has nothing to say of any substance but has plenty to say about my family, friends and personal life. Most of his information is false and grossly exagerrated but nonetheless it is there for the world to see. Over a year ago I agreed to take down my blog if he would as well. He said he would and after I deleted all traces of my blog found that he had not removed his. It was quite frustrating so here is my blog back online! I should have known better when dealing with a criminal. Oh well! I am only posting this incase anyone else feels the need to maintain a similar blog. I am finished with this chapter of my life and would like to just leave it all behind me if that is possible. He is not going to change until he is incarcerated and hopefully that will happen. Good luck to everyone who pursues charges and litigation against this perverted human being. He is truly a disgusting example of humanity and should rot in hell where he came from. My life goes on and hopefully, even if Ray has screwed you over too, you can go on knowing that your life is infinitley better than his is. He has to lay in bed at night thinking about what a loser he really is. We don't. Sweet dreams.

Ray's Latest Scam... Northrop Grumman

Ray has ripped off another group of workers most recently while posing as a tile company executive. He was working out of Manassas for Crown Flooring and recently worked on a project for Northrop Grumman. I guess NG does not do background checks on their contractors. Crazy! I will have to contact them to inquire about their vendor selection process. Ray hired several workers to complete a tiling job and then did not pay them for their work. Ray guaranteed that the project could be completed within one week and he did not complete it for two weeks. This caused Crown Flooring a delay in being paid due to legal issues caused by the missed deadline. Ray was then fired from Crown Flooring.

This blog hasn't been updated in a long time because Ray Janczyk, fearing for his reputation and the legal action that could and should still be taken against him, went underground, hiding out until things blow over in Las Vegas, NV. He is still a criminal and he should still be arrested and put in jail for a long time. Unfortunately, the way our legal system works, he was technically "given" $10,000 by a client so it is not considered stealing. He did promise to do a job and he did not do that job. He crossed state lines to avoid being arrested in Las Vegas. It is not enough money to warrant the FBI getting involved unfortunately. He knows the legal system. He has been sued multiple times and I'm sure he knows what he can get away with and what will cost you more money trying to pursue legal action than it's worth. He would rip you off for much less since he is a criminal, plain and simple and a sociopath. He has no problem stealing and lying and all the while, smiling in your face. I hope this blog has prevented even one person from believing anything Ray Janczyk says whether personally or professionally. He is evil.

I received an update from one of Ray's clients that she has pressed charges against him with the Las Vegas District Attorney's Office.

Ray Janczyk - Revoked Contractors License

The intent of this blog is to maintain a consistent presence online regarding Raymond Janczyk, his activities and history in order to influence others not to trust him and not to use his contracting services. In fact, to go one step further, regardless of what Ray Janczyk is selling, this is not a legitimate business person. Doing business with him in any way is a bad decision. Hopefully this blog will keep others from making the mistake of doing business with him.

Raymond Joseph Janczyk, Jr. is a handyman/general contractor/sales person who has done business in Northern Virginia, Las Vegas and Maryland within the past year. In August of 2008, he and I started a general contracting business in which he was the sales person and project manager. During the course of three months he ran the business into the ground accumulating thousands of dollars in debt by selling jobs under value, buying materials on credit with vendors and not paying employees for work they completed. He actually took $10,000 from a client to remodel her kitchen, demolished it and never went back to finish the job. He also moved out of state afterwards, leaving no contact information. The client contacted the Nevada Board of Contractors to report him.

Rays activities have been reported online at Angies List.com and to state contracting boards in Virginia and Nevada. He is currently living and working in Centreville, VA. He may be working under someone else's contractors license and if so, most likely they are unaware that his license was revoked. He's also a sales person and has worked for a variety of home improvement companies including windows, carpet installation, waterproofing services, cabinetry, etc.
